ONLINE CONACT SESSION - REMINDER
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This is to inform you the 5th Online Contact Session - 4th Case Presentation is scheduled on 19th December 2024 (tomorrow) at 8:00pm IST.
Case Presentation by:
- Dr Rakshita Kamath (Chronic Sinusitis with nasal Polyps)
- Dr P Ramesh Kumar (Atopic Dermatitis)
Short Presentation (Spotter) by
- Dr P V N Sravanthi (How to apply a moisturizer & steroid cream in atopic dermatitis)
Note:
* Attendance will be recorded twice during the session. Those not on the attendance list will be marked as absent. The first attendance will be taken at 08:00 PM sharp, and the second will take place at the end of the session.
* Participation or lack of will be noted. If no answer when called will be considered absent.
* Spotters may be called upon to present in any sequence.
* Request the presenters to login atleast 15 mins prior and try to share the screen as this will help streamline the session.
* Kindly update your profile to your registered name (full name), Attendance will only be marked based on the registered name, and any alternate names will not be considered.
Zoom Meeting Link, Meeting ID and Passcode will be shared to you tomorrow at 07:45 PM IST.
